David Jordan, a passionate industry expert with over 25 years of experience in the confectionery retail, manufacturing, and hospitality sector is our CEO. David brings his expertise and fervour to enhance the brand’s coffee offerings.

Anita Coughlan brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked alongside David in TLC confectionery for 7 years and previous roles in sales and CRM. Anita also has a degree in Food Science & Masters in Innovation and Commercialisation.

Conor is our Business Development and Quality Manager. Also living in East Cork, Conor has a background in hospitality management, and most recently spent a number of years working with Java Republic.
